Well Being Classes

Eash session consists of a short discussion on a weekly chosen topic for health e.g. gut health, essential vitimins, Ultra Processed Foods an How to hack your central nervous system to improve your mental health.

Following this we make use of some gentle movements to demonstrate some key concepts and let participants become more aware of their own bodies and to help improve mental health.

Join Rebbeca in our comfortable space for a cup of tea and opportunity to pick up some great health tips.

The sessions are open to everyone and are a warm and welcoming first step into considering ones own health and wellbeing.  The workshops wil help you make positive change and take practical steps to living a more healthy lifestyle.

Mind, Body, Breath

There is a common assumption that mind and body are separate entities, however science is now coming to understand that eastern practices such as mindfullness, yoga and tai chi all unite mind and body using the breath.

This sessions at Svastha Lincs uses breath centric practices with simple yoga postures to create a link betwen mind and body.   These simple techniques when used consistently will bring about lasting and positive changes in many aspects of health and wellbeing.
