Since attending the workshop I've been practicing yoga about 6 times a week, varying lengths from 10 mins to 30 mins depending how much time I have. I've also been exercising for 20 mins. I've cut out nearly all rubbish and snacking from my diet and I've lost a stone!! I feel so much better!!! The workshop was definitely the kickstart I needed and it's actually been really easy to stay focused with the routine of the yoga most days. I can tell that very slowly I am getting more flexible and a little stronger 💪 So thank you!   - Zoe
